• Greet patients and visitors and enter demographics in the practice management system.
• Register patients, verify insurance, collect copays, and document payments.
• Schedule appointments and send reminders; follow up on no-shows.
• Handle referrals, authorizations, and communications with providers and staff.
• Respond to phone calls promptly and professionally; assist as needed.
