Strong clerical skills and customer service are essential. Required are a high school diploma, computer skills, and preferred clerical experience in a medical office.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer skills required.
• Clerical experience in the medical office setting preferred.
• Other education preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and visitors and manage check-ins.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Register patients and obtain necessary signatures.
• Determine patient out-of-pocket expense and collect payments or provide financial counseling as appropriate.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Operate switchboard and manage basic medical records.
