Qualifications

• Three years of experience in healthcare setting/call center or customer service operations or completion of Houston Methodist Call Center Apprenticeship.
• Healthcare terminology knowledge and understanding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and registration across locations and ensure financial clearance.
• Auditing/quality review to ensure accurate scheduling and registration.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and communicate effectively with physicians and staff.
• Triages calls and coordinates with care teams to minimize delays and denials.
• Enter data accurately into scheduling/registration systems and verify insurance details.
