Responsibilities

• Greeting patients promptly and directing them to the appropriate locations.
• Understanding HIPAA and recognizing the importance of PHI.
• Answering the phone in a courteous, efficient manner within an established timeframe.
• Collecting and verifying all patient data from patients and entering into the EMR accurately.
• Answering questions presented by patients regarding their accounts, insurance questions, etc.
• Processing disability, accident, etc. forms.
