Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assisting care team in processing forms and refill requests daily.
• Obtaining prior authorization and verification of insurance if necessary.
• Collecting and verifying patient data in the EMR at scheduling time.
• Coordinating and scheduling outreach and ancillary appointments for providers.
• Greeting patients promptly and directing them to locations.
• Fixing errors in EMR work queues pertaining to revenue cycle and referrals.
• Maintaining a safe and clean patient environment.
