Cincinnati Children's Loveland Primary Care is seeking a Patient Representative II / Patient Access Representative to join our front-line team. You will register and schedule patients, support admissions, provide excellent service, and protect patient information in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No directly related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new systems. Demonstrated customer service experience and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Register and schedule patients accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, providers, and coworkers.
• Support patient admissions and front-end revenue cycle functions.
• Verify and maintain accurate demographic and insurance information.
• Follow organizational policies related to compliance, patient safety, and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with team members and clinical staff to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
