Job summary

• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient visits, including new, follow-up, cancellations and rescheduling.
• Collect accurate patient information for medical records, billing and payer needs.
• Verify demographic and insurance data to ensure appointment accuracy.
• Explain pre-appointment requirements and discuss coverage and potential liabilities.
