You will verify demographics and insurance data, explain coverage and potential liabilities, direct uninsured patients to financial counselors, and work with multiple departments to ensure a positive patient experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year related medical field experience required.
• Must complete outpatient registration program with 90%+ score.
• Strong focus on accuracy, data quality, and customer service.

Mansioni

• Schedule patient visits including new, follow-up, cancellations and reschedules.
• Verify and collect accurate patient information for records and billing.
• Explain coverage and financial obligations; refer uninsured patients to financial counselors.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
