Job summary

The Imaging Center at Wolf River is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Business Office Specialist I to join our Germantown team in Germantown, TN. This role supports daily front-office operations including patient registration, scheduling, and pre-certification/insurance authorizations.

This PRN, as-needed position offers entry-level training, opportunities for career growth, and competitive pay with shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Proficiency with computer applications and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register patients
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits
• Assist with insurance verification, pre-certification, and authorizations
• Answer phones and communicate with patients and referring providers
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the patient experience
