Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register patients.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits.
• Assist with insurance verification, pre-certification, and authorizations.
• Answer phones and communicate with patients and referring providers.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the patient experience.
