• Excellent organizational skills to balance multiple tasks.
• Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced setting.
• Training provided; healthcare/mental health experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize provider schedules and contact patients to adjust appointments.
• Handle referrals and patient messages via portal and email.
• Educate patients on treatment resources and continuation of care.
• Assist patients over the phone with scheduling.
