Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to optimize provider schedules and manage patient communications. The role focuses on getting patients seen sooner and maintaining care between appointments.

Ideal candidates will have administrative/back desk experience, strong organization, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Comprehensive training is provided, with on-site work in Fort Worth, TX.

Qualifications

• Administrative/back desk experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Calm, solution-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated to learn.
• Willingness to learn, improve, and meet expectations.
• Healthcare experience not required—training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Maximize provider schedules for about 5 hours daily and adjust appointments.
• Handle 4–5 hours daily of referrals and patient messages via portal/email.
• Educate patients on treatment importance and available resources.
• Assist patients over the phone with scheduling.
