Serenity is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator in Provo, UT. This Full-Time on-site role focuses on optimizing provider schedules, communicating with patients, and ensuring timely access to care.

You’ll split your day between scheduling adjustments, processing referrals and messages, and guiding patients through treatment options. Training is provided, and competitive benefits accompany the position.

Responsibilities

• Maximize provider schedules by proactively adjusting appointments and offering earlier availability.
• Process 4–5 hours daily handling referrals and patient messages via portal and email.
• Educate patients on the importance of treatment and available resources.
• Assist patients over the phone with scheduling.
