Serenity is hiring a Patient Access Coordinator in Lehi, UT for a full-time, on-site role. Targeting strong organizational skills and a patient-first mindset, the position focuses on optimizing provider schedules and managing communications to keep care flowing smoothly.

The role includes significant scheduling work, handling referrals and patient inquiries, and guiding patients through scheduling processes while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Formación

• No healthcare experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm, solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new technology and software systems.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize provider scheduling time (~5 hours daily) by proactively adjusting appointments and offering earlier availability to waitlisted patients.
• Handle 4–5 hours daily of incoming referrals and patient messages via portal and email.
• Educate patients on treatment importance and available resources; offer continuity of care solutions.
• Assist patients over the phone with scheduling.
