The role includes significant scheduling work, handling referrals and patient inquiries, and guiding patients through scheduling processes while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• No healthcare experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm, solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new technology and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximize provider scheduling time (~5 hours daily) by proactively adjusting appointments and offering earlier availability to waitlisted patients.
• Handle 4–5 hours daily of incoming referrals and patient messages via portal and email.
• Educate patients on treatment importance and available resources; offer continuity of care solutions.
• Assist patients over the phone with scheduling.
