Job summary

Cabarrus-Rowan-Community-Health-Center is seeking a Call Center Representative to provide high-quality service to individuals contacting our office by phone or online. The CCR ensures access to care and information, assists with scheduling, call routing, and outbound outreach, and supports front desk operations across sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a medical office.
• 1+ years in a call center.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Familiar with basic computer operations.
• Good verbal and written communication in English.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with appointment scheduling and confirmation.
• Participate in patient recruitment.
• Attend staff meetings and monthly staff training.
• Respond to patient needs promptly and responsively.
• Answer inbound phone calls pleasantly and promptly.
• Use Practice Management Software to enter patient information, scheduling, insurance and financial data.
