Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of clerical experience in an office setting.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments and verify paperwork.
• Enter patient demographics and insurance details into the EHR accurately.
• Open and close the clinic daily as required.
• Communicate with clinical staff regarding patient needs.
• Disseminate information about services to special population patients.
• Represent the organization professionally and contribute to quality improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect patient information.
