Responsibilities

• Greet, direct, and assist patients and visitors in a professional, courteous manner throughout their visit.
• Schedule and register patients, collecting required data accurately.
• Determine eligibility for services and counsel patients regarding payment policies.
• Monitor and collect monies due and ensure accurate reconciliation.
• Manage waiting room atmosphere, inform patients about wait times, and maintain a clean environment.
