Responsibilities

• Schedule and register patients, including accurate collection of required data.
• Determine eligibility for services and counsel patients regarding payment policies, monitoring and collection of monies due.
• Maintain the waiting room atmosphere, keep patients informed about wait times, and ensure a comfortable and clean waiting area.
