The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information. Prior experience with EHR and scheduling software is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with patients and team members.
• High accuracy in collecting and verifying patient information.
• Experience with EHR systems and scheduling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Input data into EHR and schedule appointments.
• Explain co-pays and insurance coverage to patients.
• Obtain prior authorizations when required by insurers.
• Collaborate with providers, staff, and insurers to ensure smooth visits.
