Job summary

Aspire Fertility Dallas is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to ensure positive communications with prospective and existing patients via inbound and outbound calls and email. The role handles new patient inquiries, registration, and reports data (inquiries and registrations) as requested.

The position begins fully on-site with a path to a hybrid schedule after the first 90 days, including remote work options part-time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
• 1–2 years patient contact/scheduling experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA compliance and requirements
• Ability to exhibit computer proficiency in Microsoft and EMR platforms and programs
• Superior organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Timely answering of all telephone inquiries from potential new patients.
• Delivers superior patient service on all inbound and outbound calls/contacts, emails, and/or chat sessions.
• Instructs patients desiring new patient appointments to complete required registration forms (either by internet, email, fax, or mail).
• Routes registration forms to appropriate contact at each location and/or business office representative.
• Mails new patient packet to potential new patients when requested.
• Assists supervisor as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
