Job summary

Aspire Fertility Dallas is seeking a Patient Advocate to ensure the front desk runs efficiently with accuracy and professionalism. You will deliver exemplary customer service while scheduling appointments, answering multi-line phones and emails, and directing patients to the right teams. The Patient Advocate collaborates with the front desk and other departments to maintain smooth operations.

Hours: Monday–Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Medical Assistant or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of administrative medical office experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system strongly preferred.
• Fertility experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone and directing calls or assisting patients as appropriate, handling and managing the information flow between the lab, onsite physician and staff while upholding patient care and privacy standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, check-ups and physician referrals.
• Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff.
• Greet visitors, ascertain purpose of visit, and direct them to appropriate staff.
• Compile and record medical charts, reports, and correspondence.
• Interview patients to complete insurance and privacy forms.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

Description

Our Patient Advocate will be responsible for the efficiency, accuracy and professionalism of the front desk. Primary duties include providing exemplary customer service while scheduling appointments, answering multi-line phones and emails and directing patients and all inquiries appropriately. The Patient Advocate works in a collaborative relationship with the front desk team as well as with other departments and employees.

Job Duties:

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, check-ups and physician referrals.

• Compile and record medical charts, reports, and correspondence.
