Job summary

Prelude Fertility, Inc. in Addison, TX is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to ensure proactive communication with prospective and existing patients via inbound and outbound calls and email.

The role focuses on delivering the best possible patient experience, handling new inquiries, obtaining registration, and reporting weekly/monthly data. The position begins on-site with potential transition to a hybrid schedule after a strong 90‑day period.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–2 years patient contact/scheduling experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to exhibit computer proficiency in Microsoft and EMR platforms and programs.

Responsibilities

• Answering telephone inquiries from potential new patients in a timely manner.
• Deliver superior patient service on inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat sessions.
• Instruct patients to complete required registration forms (internet, email, fax, or mail).
• Route registration forms to appropriate location contacts and/or office staff.
• Maintain monthly log for new patient referral spreadsheet.
• Mail new patient packets upon request.
• Assist supervisor as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
