Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Customer Navigation Center Scheduler to improve access to care by scheduling primary and specialty appointments and assisting with in-network referrals.

You will support inbound inquiries via phone and MyChart, verify referral requirements, privacy compliance, and help enroll customers in the MyChart app.

The role requires a high school diploma, 6 months of customer service, basic insurance knowledge, and prefers Spanish-speaking candidates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service experience required.
• 1 year of call center experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/Privacy Practices preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish (Conversation) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments in EMR aligning with guidelines based on patient preference, location, and insurance.
• Verify referrals and insurance requirements; ensure privacy and confidentiality.
• Document telephone encounters and respond to MyChart inquiries.
• Provide feedback to teams for follow‑up and training.
• Assist customers in enrolling in MyChart App.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
