Job summary

Central Health Navigation Center is seeking a Health Services Coordinator to help patients access care by handling inbound calls, scheduling appointments and in-clinic procedures, and educating MAP members about available services. You will assist with MyChart support, payments, and portal troubleshooting while maintaining confidentiality.

Work is hybrid with at least 50% on-site time in the Navigation Center, and you will manage referral queues and preprocessing steps to ensure smooth patient

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in a medical or call center setting required.
• 1 year scheduling, referral, registration, and/or billing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments and procedures.
• Educate patients about healthcare services and MAP programs.
• Assist with MyChart support and payment processing.
• Manage referral work queues and inbound faxes.
• Verify demographics and insurance for pre-registration.
• Maintain confidentiality and document interactions accurately.
