Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a capable presurgical clinic support specialist to act as the first point of contact for patients and visitors in the Scottsdale facility. You will organize clerical duties, manage patient charts, and coordinate with physicians' offices to ensure smooth workflows.

Responsibilities include answering calls, directing information, scheduling procedures, handling registrations, and supporting billing processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of healthcare-related experience or familiarity with scheduling and registration in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required or eligible within 7 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers; answer phones, direct inquiries, and relay messages.
• Assist in clerical duties: registration, scheduling, data entry, and chart maintenance.
• Process patient registrations, collect co-pays when applicable, and coordinate with physicians' offices.
