Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to be the primary contact for patients reaching the Customer Navigation Center regarding ambulatory specialty provider referrals. You will obtain referral authorizations, coordinate care, and schedule specialty appointments within our network.

Ideal candidates have a 2-year call center background, 45+ WPM typing, and solid knowledge of insurance plans. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of call center experience.
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
• Basic knowledge of insurance plans and requirements; physician specialties and hospital services.
• Bilingual in Spanish (conversation) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for patients contacting the Customer Navigation Center regarding referrals and authorizations.
• Assist with referral processing, scheduling, and care coordination within network.
• Escalate provider data or care availability issues to supervisors as needed.
