Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience as a Registration Clerk or in a similar healthcare role.
• Basic computer skills in Google Workspace and Microsoft products.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and scheduling initial evaluations.
• Answering and transferring phone calls; coordinating with clinic staff.
• Maintain efficient patient scheduling flow and data entry accuracy.
• Explain co-pays, deductibles, and payments; billing policies to patients.
• Ensure HIPAA/privacy compliance and complete patient charts.
