Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitates registration and scheduling for patients.
• Communicates with registration and departments to ensure accurate capture and throughput of outpatient appointments.
• Schedules patient appointments for ancillary departments and records information.
• Notifies physician offices of non-covered appointments.
• Facilitates precertification delivery for outpatient clinics.
• Maintains clerical records to support scheduling functions.
