Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedules patient appointments including physician follow-ups, diagnostics, labs and testing as ordered at time of service.
• Identifies orders and updates status; forwards medical records requests to Medical Record Team.
• Prepares scripts for outside testing and schedules as needed.
• Explains testing instructions to patients and provides paper copies.
• Collects payments due at time of service.
• Performs end-of-day close per office protocol.
• Documents accurately in the medical record.
• Performs other related duties to support CCC's mission and goals.
