Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple patient records systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, including handling confidential information per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Schedule new patients and coordinate referrals and intake paperwork.
• Coordinate surgical scheduling and associated pre‑op activities.
• Support revenue cycle tasks including insurance authorizations and billing documentation.
• Greet patients at front desk and manage check‑in/check‑out operations.
• Use Epic Cadence and Apex for appointment scheduling and CRM messaging.
