Qualificações

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome patients and caregivers during check-in/out and explain registration basics.
• Schedule and manage appointments via approved templates and provider guidelines.
• Verify demographics, insurance, and enrollments; coordinate with clinical and billing staff.
• Enter and maintain patient data in Aprima, Dentrix and other systems.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; assist with patient records requests.
