Job summary

Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking an Access Associate to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at the Nashua, NH site. You will greet and check in clients, verify demographics and insurance, collect copayments, and route calls to the right staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of customer service, administrative, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients and verify information; collect copayments.
• Answer calls and route to appropriate staff; manage appointments.
• Schedule follow-ups and maintain clinician schedules and calendars.
• Monitor client flow in waiting area and ensure timely service.
• Maintain records in the EMR system and perform general clerical duties.
• Open/close building and ensure security; support administrative tasks.
