Job summary

New Season is seeking a Patient Registration Coordinator to greet and register patients, schedule appointments, and collect co-pays at our Clinic locations. This role supports program operations, coordinates with physicians and staff, and ensures accurate demographic and insurance data is captured.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in receptionist or healthcare-adjacent roles, strong customer service, and familiarity with electronic health records and medical insurance processes.

Qualifications

• This position requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of receptionist/cashier experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and familiarity with medical insurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-registration for new clients and schedule appointments, including patient orientation.
• Collect co-payments and verify demographics and insurance information in the system.
• Maintain communication with clinical staff and support teams; perform general admin tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate, timely data entry.
