Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Pull and file medical charts as needed

  • Screen patient data for insurance eligibility and pre-certifications
  • Explain procedures and requirements to patients
  • Identify self-pay patients and refer to financial assistance when applicable
  • Coordinate with clinical staff and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Assist in training new employees
