Job summary

QuickCruit is seeking a Registration Coordinator to support patient registrations and check-ins for scheduled and walk-in clinical visits across outpatient services. This role also supports Urgent Care, Radiology, and Access Clinic check-ins seven days per week, day and evening shifts.

You will schedule return visits, minimize delays, communicate with patients and families, obtain signed consent, and uphold infection prevention standards while improving overall patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year customer service and/or administrative support experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience working in a health care setting or related field
• Significant experience working with the general public in a health care/customer service environment

Responsibilities

• Scheduling patient return visit appointments.
• Minimizing clinic access delays.
• Effectively communicating with patients/families.
• Informing of and collecting signed consent for care.
• Maintaining standards for infection prevention.
• Establishing systems and resources to improve processes and efficiency of the patient experience
