You will participate in team huddles, monitor patient access metrics, and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations while delivering a high-quality patient experience in a busy clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally during check-in/check-out and appointment scheduling.
• Manage provider schedules and optimize appointment availability to reduce wait times.
• Verify insurance details and update patient demographics in EPIC.
• Collect copays, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions with accuracy.
