Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and return voicemails promptly.
• Establish rapport with callers, patients, and families.
• Schedule appointments per guidelines.
• Refer patients when unable to assist and follow up.
• Maintain follow-up system for unresolved requests.
• Maintain knowledge of MCC specialties.
• Act as liaison between patient and physician offices.
• Project a professional image of the Medical Center Clinic.
