Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year related work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients for appointments and verify demographics.
• Monitor wait times and communicate changes to patients.
• Explain insurance responses and assign primary/secondary/tertiary coverages.
• Collect fees and communicate financial responsibilities at point of service.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and referrals as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and confidentiality at all times.
