Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, identify the caller's needs, route the call, and take messages as required.
• Verify demographic and insurance information and update records.
• Assist guests with check-in and educate them on the FollowMyHealth portal.
• Collect patient payments and provide accurate receipts, balancing cash.
• Schedule appointments for providers with high accuracy and optimize schedule utilization.
• Document guest requests in the EHR and coordinate with Care Team.
• Adhere to HIPAA and Springfield Clinic policies; deliver exceptional guest service.
