Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, identify needs, route to appropriate area, and take messages.
• Assist guests with check-in, verify demographics and insurance details.
• Educate guests on FollowMyHealth portal and assist with enrollment.
• Collect patient payments, provide receipts, and balance cash accurately.
• Schedule provider appointments and optimize schedule utilization.
• Document guest requests in the EHR and coordinate with Care Team.
