Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Registration & Scheduler for the John C Lincoln Primary Care location in Phoenix. This role handles front-desk duties, patient registration, scheduling, and data entry to support a busy primary care team.

Ideal candidates will have experience in healthcare, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., in a daytime shift within a major Arizona healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume medical practice preferred.
• Strong organizational skills for a busy patient-care environment.
• Experience in internal medicine and/or geriatrics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the first point of contact for customers and facilitates clerical duties.
• Schedules procedures and manages registration and data entry tasks.
• Obtains insurance authorization, collects co-pays and processes deposits.
• Maintains patient charts and communicates with physicians' offices as needed.
