Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and register patients across Jefferson Health System in accordance with clinical and insurance requirements.
• Utilize EMR to complete scheduling, register patients, confirm appointments, verify demographics and insurance eligibility.
• Coordinate orders, referrals and insurance requirements to ensure patients receive maximum benefits.
• Maintain data accuracy and uphold high levels of customer service.
