Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 year’s management experience in healthcare industry.
• Patient Access experience with managed care/insurance or call center preferred
• Experience with Microsoft a must
• Ability to balance numerous priorities
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI for process improvements

Responsibilities

• Manage admissions, registration, and financial services at acute care locations.
• Develop staffing, schedules, and goals for the department.
• Collect and interpret performance data to drive revenue cycle improvements.
• Provide training, education, goal-setting, and performance interventions.
• Performs other duties as assigned
