Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Patient Access Manager in Greenville, SC to lead admitting, registration, and financial services at an acute care site. You will coach staff, balance priorities, and drive performance using data and AI-enabled tools.

This on-site role requires healthcare management experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to partner with departments to achieve revenue cycle goals and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in healthcare
• Patient Access experience with managed care/insurance or call center preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office required
• Ability to balance numerous priorities and prioritize
• Experience with AI management and leveraging AI for process improvements

Responsibilities

• Manager is responsible for directly managing the operations for the admitting, registration, and financial services departments at the acute care locations.
• Develops and manages departmental staffing needs. Prepares monthly reports as requested.
• Establishes departmental goals with staff to optimize performance and meet organizational while improving operations to increase customer satisfaction and meet financial goals.
• Coordinates employee work schedules to provide adequate daily staffing coverage.
• Collects, interprets and communicates performance data using various tools to guide decisions.
• Works with internal and external customers to impact the whole organization or an individual patient.
• Assists in the development of dyad-reporting patient access staff.
• Provides training, education, goal-setting, and performance interventions as necessary to ensure adequate performance.
• Performs other duties as assigned
