Neuroscience Group in Wisconsin is seeking two Patient Access Representatives to join our team and provide weekend coverage. You will be one of the first people patients meet, helping create a warm, welcoming environment while ensuring accurate registration.

We offer a weekend schedule with Saturdays and Sundays from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM on an alternating basis. Two years of customer service experience and a high school diploma are preferred for this patient-facing healthcare role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Neuroscience Group is looking for two (2) Patient Access Representatives to join our team and provide weekend coverage. Each team member will work every other weekend from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday, providing a consistent and predictable part-time schedule.

As a Patient Access Representative, you will be one of the first people our patients and families meet when they arrive. This position plays an important role in creating a warm, welcoming environment while ensuring patient registration is completed accurately and efficiently.

For over 30 years, Neuroscience Group has provided specialized brain, spine, and pain care to patients throughout Northeast Wisconsin. We are a physician-owned and physician-led practice committed to providing exceptional care and a positive patient experience.

Schedule

We are hiring two individuals who will alternate weekends, allowing us to provide consistent weekend coverage while giving each employee a predictable schedule.

Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, every other weekend.
