Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent relevant experience.
• Experience in hospital or clinic environment, insurance company, managed care organization or other financial service setting, performing financial counseling, financial clearance and/or customer service activities.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and obtain necessary information for financial clearance.
• Greet patients and verify information for service delivery.
• Enhance patient experience as the customer service point of contact at the point of service.
