Front Desk Operations:Greet patients and guests with a cheerful demeanorDetermine necessary services and direct patients accordinglyCollect demographic information and ensure proper signatures for billing accuracyMaintain logs of patient information and manage phone inquiries professionallyManage office supplies and maintain a clean and welcoming environment2. Financial Responsibilities:Collect payments via cash, checks, and credit card for co-pays and account balancesMaintain an accurate financial ledger and perform daily reconciliation of patient accounts3. Facility Cleanliness:Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the facility, including patient areas and restrooms4. Communication Skills:Interact courteously with patients, families, physicians, and team members, upholding the Emergency Center's core values5. Professional Development:Attend monthly staff meetings and engage in performance improvement activities6.
