About the Role
The Patient Access Representative is a vital member of the Centralized Operations Team, working remotely within a multidisciplinary team to support and care for Upward Health’s patients. This role involves managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing patient needs, complaints, and inquiries, with a focus on customer/patient satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has experience in call centers and medical appointment scheduling in fast-paced healthcare settings. Responsibilities include appointment scheduling, call triaging, and outbound follow-ups.
