Base pay range

$15.00/hr - $22.33/hr

Role Details

St. Peters is looking to hire a Patient Access Rep I.

Preferred Requirements
  • Part-time, 24 hours - 7AM - 3:00PM, rotating weekends and holidays
  • Daily Pay and a $500 Sign-on bonus
Overview

Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service, accurately collect demographics and insurance information, verify benefits, and ensure correct patient registration.
  2. Handle hospital registration, scheduling, insurance verification, document scanning, and patient education on financial responsibilities.
  3. Ensure compliance with regulations such as Medicare Secondary Payer, HIPAA, Patient Bill of Rights, and others.
  4. Maintain safety and alertness as this is a safety-sensitive position.
Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • No experience required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree
  • CHAA certification
