Keenova Therapeutics plc seeks a Patient Access Manager to lead reimbursement and patient access strategies for high-touch biologics and orphan diseases. You will educate patients, coordinate with SPs, and drive data-driven improvements across the access journey.

You will analyze payer dynamics, collaborate with internal teams, and advocate for patient-centered solutions to accelerate treatment initiation and reduce barriers.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent is required; MBA or advanced degree ideal.
• 8-10 years of relevant Biopharma experience.
• 5 years of reimbursement experience required.
• Knowledge of Medicare billing/coding and LCDs; HIPAA & FDA regulations.

Responsabilités

• Serve as point person for reimbursement logistics of high-touch biologics and Buy/Bill processes.
• Educate patients on Buy/Bill, reimbursement, SP logistics, and MARC resources.
• Collaborate with SPs, FRMs, and case managers to resolve access issues.
• Analyze data to identify access barriers and propose remediation strategies.
• Support pilot programs and patient engagement initiatives to improve access.
